The full constitution will be released in an upcoming MANUAL. Until then, we will release a new piece of the constitution, every so often, but only available to those who STEP OUT OF THE SHADOWS to make themselves known as a general member of our nation, through our registry, with one of our tax plans or as a regulator or as a spacial provider, and represent our new presented republic for the African American Peoples; and please check back, frequently.
